Hi John,
Please let XXX know that she can feel free to contact me any time regarding the condos at Eagle Square, but as I think you know I absolutely love this place. The amazing thing about these lofts, besidesthe total convenience of easy highway access and the proximity to Federal Hill,is the quietness that prevails throughout the units. Everyone that I've spokento in the complex has remarked on this. Everyone that I've met has beenfriendly, down to earth, helpful, and noted that they really enjoy living here. The buildings are very professionally managed and maintained. I consider myselffortunate to have gotten a place of this caliber in this price range.

Dear John
You have been recommended to me by John H, a close friendhere in Austria.
I do own a 1600 sqft., 2 bedroom loft at 300 Pearl Street which I used during my term as a XXXXXX.
As I am back in Austria now I hardly use it and am thinking about renting.
John tells me that you did a great job with his loft in Providence and that is why I would like to meet and discuss possibilities.
I will be back in PVD from XXXthrough XXXand would appreciate a short meeting at my place.
Please let me know if and when it works.
Who could make this up?
Good friend and client (owns a beautiful Loft in Mile Square Lofts), will be exhibiting his photography for sale at the upcoming RI Home Show, March 29 - April 1 in Providence. His work is rich with saturated color and from his travels to India and Europe. Please look him up and tell him that we sent you!! (I will repost this blog once I get some smaller file shots from Rob)
I got an email this week from one of my realtor friends that he is listing Unit 3H in Eagle Square for $140K as a short Sale. I believe that this is one of the big open 1 room units on the top floor of 75 Eagle. Medium height ceilings, and garage in the basement. Perfect for a grad student or someone that is sick of giving their money away in rent. I'll bet that an offer for $120 - $125 gets it done. I'll post a link in MLS once it comes up.

The last time that I advertisied a LOFT in this building, someone rented it for three years. Check this out and don't delay:

As a part of my search for Social Media presence, I am talking to past and present clients and asking them to fill in a Zillow request for opinion on yours truly. As I will only be sending the link to about 100 clients, I would like the rest of the readers of my weekly article the same opportunity to be honest, and to say a few words about what we are doing. Feel free to click on the link below and ramble to your heart’s content.
